Scope of Work
Before the commencement of any project, our team will work with you to clearly define the scope of work. Once the project requirements are understood and agreed upon, and payment is made, the project will be scheduled for delivery within the agreed-upon timeline.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered in the following cases:
- If the service delivered does not match the agreed-upon scope of work.
- If you cancel the service within 24 hours of making the payment and work has not yet commenced.
- If we are unable to deliver the service within the agreed-upon timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances on our part.
Non-refundable Circumstances
Services will not be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
- If the project has been completed and delivered as per the scope of work.
- If the work is in progress and you choose to terminate the project midway.
- If the client does not communicate the project requirements clearly and discrepancies arise as a result.
- If the client has approved the work at any stage of the project.
- If additional services or changes have been requested and completed outside of the original scope of work.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 14 days of service delivery if you believe you are eligible for a refund, providing detailed reasons for your request.
- Allow us 7 business days to review your request and respond with approval or denial based on our assessment of the service provided versus the agreed scope.
- For approved refunds, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that banking processes can delay the receipt of your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@myperfectsites.com.
Exceptions
Any exceptions to this policy will be determined at our sole discretion and will require mutual agreement in writing.
